Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon Coonawarra 2023

This is the heart of the Parker Estate story. It encapsulates the iconic combination of Cabernet and terra rossa soil in a wine that has poise, integrity, and is reliable year after year.

In 2023, we experienced cool and wet weather patterns due to a strong La Nina system. Above average rainfall meant diligent vineyard practices were employed to maximise fruit quality. The small batch parcels of grapes were fermented in closed top fermenters for 12 days. All parcels completed malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, then were barrelled down to a combination of new (50%), second, third, and fourth fill French oak for 12 months.
