The Limestone Coast is South Australia’s most underrated wine region. The cooling influence of the Southern Ocean that laps at its shores results in elegant wines with a fresh acidity. The perfect ingredients for a crunchy, easy drinking dry Rosé.
2025 was warm and very dry early on, meaning an early start to the season. It resulted in healthy canopies and no major weather threats. A standout year, we must say.
Tasting Notes
Bright and mouth-watering, with a silky, almost weightless texture that glides effortlessly. A hint of citrus zest adds lift, leading to a refreshing, moreish finish that invites another sip.
