Signature Dry Gin Coonawarra
Our Signature London Dry Gin is blended to the spice end of the flavour spectrum to optimise serving with tonic and citrus. Eleven core botanicals are soaked for 12-14 hrs in 96.6% Grain spirit prior to being loaded into the still with the remaining ingredients in the pot and gin basket.
